Refund & Returns Policy – Padel Balls

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your padel ball order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The items must be unused and in their original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for balls that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your padel balls arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. We’ll offer you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to Return

• Email us at hello@societepadel.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

A freshly popped Peliga ball tube lasts for as long as you want. For professionals, we recommend changing balls every 2-3 hours for maximum speed.

Please consider using the balls again before popping a new can. Recycle the ball tube with Bower and donate your used balls to the closest dog daycare.
